I completely forgot to upload the pictures I took of your Dances of the Dying Yeast. Not all of them turned out, sorry; I’m a crummy photographer. Enjoy!

Final grades posted!
Despite my USB drive dying, I’ve gotten everything graded and on the gradesheet. Check over your grade, and make sure everything looks correct to you. If you’d like to see any of the stuff you turned in the last week, I’ll be around all week, and you can stop in pretty much anytime and take a look at it (just email me first).
It’s been a great semester, good luck on your finals, and have a good summer!

Pictures
Wow, I have no idea what happened…I had some pictures posted and the grade sheet for the lab report up a few days ago, and the entire post disappeared :/ I’d blame the server, but I run it. Bah.
Anyway, here’s a couple pictures for you- I only have a couple, so just go with it:
Green gametophyte
Pale gametophyte
Male gametophyte
Green Sporophyte
Pale sporophyte
Some of these are better than others. Be sure to resize them in Word so they are not full pages (you could easily fit all of them on 1/2 a sheet).

Cell Unit Post-Lab Quiz
The questions on the post-lab quiz for this week are varied and hard to summarize, but here’s some suggestions. Read over the table from C2 (?) that summarizes the various organelles found in different organisms (the very last page of the section). Read over the experiment from C1, and make sure you understand it. Same with the yeast respiration experiment. Look over the lifecycle of the c-ferns as well, so you know what the different stages are.

Grades up to date
I’ve finally got your lab report grades up. Note that your individual grade includes both the 25 point group lab report and the 5 point group eval.
Make sure you read C3 and be prepared for the pre-lab quiz this week!

Ecology Post-Lab Quiz
Remember, next week is the ecology post-lab quiz, which is drawn from the entire ecology unit. Also, your ecology lab reports are due in class.
As for things to study…I suggest you spend some time in the Ecobeaker stuff, and make sure you understand the implications of the simulations we ran. Besides that, just make sure you read through the other lab sections, there isn’t anything all that tricky. See you Wednesday-

So far, so good
OK, I’ve gotten my act together and put your grades online. Please take a look at the list and make sure you can find yourself! As always, please let me know right away if you find a discrepancy between the gradesheet online (which is the one used to determine your grade) and the scores you record yourself. I have adjusted the scores of those people in Bio 105 from whom I incorrectly took points due to the inaccuracy of the key.
This week we will be doing E3- Spring. Please read over the section so you are prepared for the prelab quiz, and make sure that at least one group member has USB drive or a stack of diskettes on which to save your digital images!

Welcome!
Greetings! I’ve set up this site in order to serve as a kind of nexus for my Bio labs, since we don’t get D2L access. I’ll keep your more-or-less up to date grades here, as well as any class data or pictures. I’ll also link important documents, such as your lab report grading sheets and handouts, and other important announcements, depending on how much free time I find!
